Availability: Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis Counties.

Eligibility: An individual may be unemployed or employed and eligibility will be based on state income guidelines.

Program Description: Assists low-income individuals, primarily displaced homemakers, with life and career planning services.  A "Displaced Homemaker" is any individual who has worked in the home for a minimum of two years caring for home and family and dependent upon the income of another family member, but due to separation, divorce, death or disability of spouse, have lost their primary income and must support self and family.
