Program Description:

Affordable 1% low interest loans for current homeowners to improve the condition of their water well system. 

  • Eligibility based on ability to make monthly payments
  • Affordable monthly payments with loan terms up to 20 years.
  • Loans available up to $11,000 to repair or replace your water well system.
  • Annual Household Income Limits (Contact AEOA for Households over 5):
1-person 2-person 3-person 4-person 5-person
