Free at Last Program

Itasca County and Koochiching County

Program Description:

Free at Last program focuses on teaching at-risk youth independent living skills through experiential education, teamwork, job ready skills, and one on one case management. Participants attend weekly group meetings, take part in community service projects, and attend outdoor challenge activities. Eligible youth may also be assisted with housing needs when they have exited care.

Eligibility:

Youth ages 16 up to 24 who have been in out of home placement. Youth not meeting out of home placement eligibility criteria, will be subjective to program costs.
